As a Customer Service Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of operations, both administratively and internally. You'll serve as a vital link between our warehouse and our external customers, utilizing your insights into customer needs and warehouse processes to elevate our service to new heights. You will work from Monday to Friday in day shift, but flexibility is required to support an early or late shift — approximately once every five weeks.
Your responsibilities will include handling administrative tasks and managing various internal flows, all with the aim of enhancing the overall customer experience and contributing to the success of our site.
