Here’s a typical day:

• Manage and prioritize customer requests from various sources (email, phone, and web sales).
• Meet the needs of customers and find appropriate solutions, as necessary. Perform the necessary follow-ups and quickly inform key people of customer feedback (price, products, service, etc.).
• Maximize sales to customers; propose alternative and complementary products.
• Work closely with external sales staff.
• Keep knowledge and skills up to date on the products offered and the systems used.
• May be called to negotiate prices and special conditions with customers according to established criteria.
