The Customer Service Specialist Jewellery is responsible for executing and coordinating customer service activities in the wholesale direct markets, especially the Italian one, in order to provide Guess partners with all necessary tools and information to perform their daily tasks. He/she could also assist customer service activities for other markets, within the wholesale channel.
