To support local logistics operations within the Korea market supply chain and ensure key performance indicators are met. The O2C customer service specialist conducts and transacts Customer Service and Logistics processes for the supply of products and outbound to first trade customers to achieve optimal Customer Service levels and maximize the On-Time-In-Full KPI. This includes sales order entry, sample order management, invoice processing, and managing collaborative relationships with wholesalers and retailers.
Logistics/supply chain experience; Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred. O2C sales/sample process knowledge; SAP knowledge preferred. Strong customer focus and communication skills. Sound judgment, prioritization, and time management skills. Team-oriented, process and systems-oriented, cost-aware/analysis. Verbal/written English proficiency.
Act as the local contact point for sales orders, outbound distribution, and collaboration with 3PL. Review and update SOPs with 3PL to secure storage and transport activities. Collaborate with supply chain and quality teams for process improvement. Execute outbound customer service and order management, including order placement, invoicing, and customer complaints resolution. Ensure integrity of Material Master and Customer data within local systems. Inform distributors/customers and LSPs of planned inbound supply and stock shortages. Manage stock-at-risk due to shelf-life expiration and logistics activities for HCP samples, Tender/Drug listing samples. Provide customer support activities, including order processing and complaints resolution. Drive continuous improvement of OTIF performance for the market. Manage interactions with first trade customers in line with agreements and GSK's terms and conditions. Monitor KPI trends and conduct interventions where performance is off track. Manage local budget and understand Cost-To-Serve for distribution, warehousing, and outbound freight.
