Location

We have a hybrid work modality, going 2 to 3 times a week to our offices in the Polanco area.

Steps of the Selection Process:

  • Interview with People
  • Business Case (asynchronous)
  • Interview with Stakeholder + Presentation of Business Case
  • Interview with the Hiring Manager

About the Position:

  • Responsible for managing important client accounts in Mexico, with the objective of achieving excellent retention levels and acquiring new accounts, while adequately monetizing them.
  • Prospecting clients to offer the services of Inmuebles 24.
  • Ensure that the use of the product by clients is as optimal as possible to improve their performance.
  • Attend to the needs and queries of clients regarding better use of the product, billing, product changes, and other solutions that do not necessarily require the attention of the Customer Service team.
