As part of our Support Team, you'll play a key role in supporting GrowthAssistant's internal Sales function. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment where organization, communication, and client coordination meet growth and execution.
As a Sales And Client Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our internal Sales operations. You'll support Account Executives by managing client communications, tracking sales opportunities, preparing key documents, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks — from the first client touchpoint to the final handoff.
You'll work cross-functionally with the Finance, Client Success, and Operations teams to ensure that all client engagements are well-coordinated, data-driven, and delivered with excellence.
Support Sales Operations: Join sales calls to take detailed notes, capture action items, and track follow-ups in ClickUp.
Prepare Sales Materials: Create and maintain sales dossiers, meeting briefs, and proposal documents tailored to each prospect.
Conduct Research: Perform outbound research on target clients, competitors, and market trends to inform sales strategy.
Maintain CRM Accuracy: Keep pipeline data and client records up to date to ensure clear visibility across the Sales team.
Coordinate Communication: Liaise between Account Executives, Finance, and Operations to streamline handoffs and ensure timely client responses.
Manage Tasks and Deadlines: Track all deliverables and follow-ups, ensuring that internal and client timelines are consistently met.
Improve Processes: Identify opportunities to optimize tools, templates, and workflows that make our Sales cycle more efficient.
2+ years of experience as a Sales Assistant, Client Enablement Specialist, or Account Coordinator. Excellent organizational, note-taking, and communication skills — you love keeping things on track. Strong verbal communication and confidence in client-facing interactions. Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), project management platforms (ClickUp preferred), and Google Workspace. Proactive, detail-oriented, and always two steps ahead of your Account Executive.
Prior experience in a marketing agency or professional services setting. Understanding of marketing workflows and client relationship management. Experience supporting executives in sales or client-facing environments. Familiarity with outbound prospecting or market research techniques.
Take on greater ownership of outbound prospecting and lead qualification. Contribute to sales enablement process improvements and documentation. Partner with Account Executives to develop client proposals and onboarding materials.
