You drive:

• Strategy development: The development of brand strategies and the derivation of suitable communication and media strategies are your responsibility.
• Campaign management: You take over the planning, implementation, analysis, and optimization of campaigns and thus ensure the success of our customers.
• Coordination: As the central interface, you coordinate internal departments and ensure smooth operations through clear briefings.
• Budget responsibility: Managing the customer budget is one of your main tasks, and you act as the central contact person for all media-related questions.
• Mentoring: You like to share your knowledge and take on the professional guidance and know-how transfer for junior team members.
• Market analysis: You always keep an eye on the competition to identify growth opportunities for your accounts.

What makes you stand out:

• Professional experience: You bring several years of experience in media consulting or planning, ideally from an agency environment.
• Qualification: A completed degree in marketing, business administration, or a similar field forms your theoretical foundation.
• Communication skills: Your demeanor is confident and you communicate negotiation-proof in German and English.
• Analytical skills: With your very good understanding of numbers and your enjoyment of analytical tasks, you get to the bottom of things.
• Tool knowledge: You are absolutely confident in using MS-Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Team spirit: You are a team player and enjoy working with colleagues and promoting young talent.

We offer a gross annual salary from 44,800 € (based on 38.5 hours) with the willingness to pay more.
