Das bewegst du:

As a Junior Client Service Consultant (m/w/d) you support the team in customer service and actively participate in the creation of digital media and communication strategies – both independently and in the team.

• Customer service: You are involved in the care of our customers and address individual needs while continuously expanding your market knowledge.
• Media strategy: Participation in the development of tailored media strategies and bringing your own ideas into the team.
• Media planning: Involvement in the planning and coordination of media plans in close coordination with the team.
• Competition analysis: Observation of the market and competition as well as assistance in identifying potentials and opportunities.
• Coordination: Coordination of campaigns in cooperation with internal and external contacts.
• Analysis & reporting: Support in the evaluation of data and creation of reports for the continuous optimization of campaigns.

Das zeichnet dich aus:

• Professional experience: First practical experience in dealing with customers and interest in independently or in a team to advise them medially.
• Market understanding: Basic understanding of the media landscape and interest in following market changes.
• Analytical thinking: Enjoyment in dealing with numbers as well as first experiences in the evaluation of data.
• Presentation skills: First experience in creating and giving presentations as well as a confident appearance in front of different target groups.
• Communication: Very good communication skills in German and English as well as openness to work in an international environment.
• Tools: Confident handling of the common MS-Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Furthermore, you are motivated, proactive, and a team player.

We offer a gross annual salary from 36,000 € (basis 38.5 hours) with the willingness to pay more.
