The Implementation & Activation Associate Manager is a critical role, providing activation & campaign management, whilst also supporting implementation planning, ensuring best-in-class outputs for clients consistently.

Your primary responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with clients at a junior and intermediate level, as it relates to implementation planning & activation.
  • Proactively recommend tactics and opportunities that resolve client challenges and objectives.
  • Take the lead in delivering best in class campaigns, in line with all planned parameters, in an efficient, effective, compliant, and future facing way, in line with group wide best practice.
  • Lead the development and presentation of insightful and progressive post analysis reports.
  • Contribute to great teamwork with a supportive and positive can-do attitude.
  • Oversee workflow of direct reports, swiftly escalating issues as they arise.
