The Implementation & Activation Manager is a critical role, overseeing activation of client campaigns to ensure best-in-class delivery for clients consistently, whilst also shaping effective, efficient, creative, and future facing implementation plans and media schedules for clients, to deliver business growth.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with clients at an intermediate level, as it relates to implementation planning & activation.
  • Proactively recommend tactics and opportunities that resolve client challenges and objectives.
  • Brings innovation and creativity to the table, leveraging insights from across the market.
  • Confident in your knowledge of media planning principles (e.g., scheduling, flighting, recency, effective reach theories, seasonality, market prioritisation, roles of all communication channels) and strong ability to utilise proprietary and industry tools to enhance and support planned recommendation.
  • Contribute to great teamwork with a supportive and positive can-do attitude.
  • Motivate and empower direct reports to achieve individual, team and organisational goals.
