Implementation & Activation Coordinator - Performance

The Implementation & Activation Coordinator is an important foundational role, establishing operational excellence and responsible for supporting day-to-day work that delivers effective campaigns, ensuring best-in-class consistent implementation, optimisation, and reporting. Working very closely with your manager, you will produce best-in-class solutions, offer unparalleled service and deliver against targets. The role involves the development and application of specialist technical skills.

What Success Looks Like

In 3 months:

• Established collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders.

• A strong understanding of and can clearly articulate the agency and group proposition, core processes and our way of working.

• Immersed yourself in the team with an understanding of the status of all active and upcoming campaigns.

In 6 months:

• Demonstrated your ability to deliver on all aspects of the role in an efficient, effective, and proactive way.

• Owning the processes for specific allocated clients/campaigns from end to end, ensuring that your manager and wider team are regularly updated on the performance of each campaign and demonstrating excellent attention to detail.

• Strengthened your key stakeholder relationships to deliver great team work consistently.

In 12 months:

• Taking on greater ownership for campaigns and clients – responsibility and volume.

• Building strong relationships with publishers, representing the agency team appropriately and ensuring that campaigns are delivered to the highest quality.

As a Performance specialist within the Implementation & Activation team, your focus will be on delivering exceptional Social, Search, VOD & Display outcomes for clients.

You have a drive and passion for all things digital and for delivering unrivalled tech, data & AI advantage to our clients.

Your role involves the development and application of specialist technical skills and requires an ongoing commitment to:

• Keep pace with our fast-evolving digital and tech landscape

• Lean into innovation and new ways of working

• Examine audiences and explore advanced targeting opportunities

• Strengthen your biddable media experience

• Effective utilisation of self-serve platforms

• Partner with the world's largest platforms and tech providers

• Maintain platform certifications and accreditations

• Exceptional attention to detail with patience to examine data to extract meaningful insights

• Continuous learning

• Adapt to fast changing priorities

• Adherence to GroupM Nexus best practice policies, procedures and SLA's

• Provide technical perspective in client meetings when specific Performance expertise is required
