WPP Media Commerce is the consulting department dedicated to the WPP group and supports clients in their omnicanal challenges and growth. Within these omnicanal challenges, ecommerce in all its forms occupies a predominant part of our value proposition and our missions. WPP Media Commerce supports its clients according to distinct perimeters and on various issues:

  • Business & Tech Consulting for eCommerce: Direct to Consumer, Marketplaces, eRetail, Social Commerce, Live Commerce
  • ERetail Media Consulting & Operating: Channel planning, Strategy activations, Campaign management and Performance analysis
  • Omnicanal Measurement Strategy (online and in-store sales): specifications, implementation, Monitoring & Optimizations

Missions:

  • As an eRetail Media Manager at WPP MEDIA COMMERCE, here are your main missions:
  • Leadership Client & Strategy E-retail Media
  • Pilot the client relationship as the main contact, with a strategic advisory posture.
  • Define and deploy innovative and high-performing E-retail Media strategies, aligned with the business objectives of the brands.
  • Be a force of proposal on growth and optimization opportunities, anticipating client needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients and strategic partners (platforms, agencies, retailers).
  • Pilotage de projets & Management
  • Supervise the operational implementation of campaigns, ensuring quality and respect of deadlines.
  • Supervise and support 1 to 2 colleagues in their skills development, promoting autonomy and initiative.
  • Coordinate actions with internal and external teams to ensure coherence and efficiency of the arrangements.
  • Analysis & Optimization
  • Deeply analyze the performance of campaigns (KPI, ROI, sales, visibility) and formulate strategic recommendations.
  • Be the analytical reference for the client and the team, transforming data into actionable insights.
  • Conduct active monitoring of the evolutions of E-retail Media platforms, market trends, and technological innovations.
  • Share best practices and train the team on methodologies of analysis and optimization.

Profile sought

  • Our activities are multidisciplinary, so our consultants/traders are required to lead and operate media investment activities for eCommerce in several environments
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in an agency or in an eCommerce department of a major advertiser, you are curious, agile and wish to join a dynamic team, in full growth, integrated within a leading group in marketing and eCommerce.
  • Mastery of Search, Display levers (programmatic platforms and OI), ideally applied to eRetail Media (Amazon, Criteo, Cdiscount, Infinity, Retailiink, etc…)
  • Analytical & technical skills: you are familiar with analytical tools (dashboard, digital shelves analytics, bidding tool), which promote the business performance of digital campaigns.
  • Leadership posture: autonomy, height of view, ease of relationship and sense of advice.
  • Ideally a first experience in team management or in the accompaniment of junior profiles.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, multi-projects and results-oriented.
