Customer Service Representative

Location: Santiago de Chile, CL

Contract Type: Regular Full-Time

Area: Logistics / Supply Chain

Your Responsibilities Will Be

  • Support in negotiations with logistics providers and international conditions.
  • Manage purchase requests, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide support in international logistics, quality standards, and transport (GDP).
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service team on daily tasks and inquiries.
  • Maintain master data of clients and materials in the systems.
  • Support in tenders, invoicing, and order control.
  • Monitor stock levels and report customer service KPIs.
  • Collect customer feedback and initiate corrective actions in SAP Fiori.

(This is not an exhaustive list; flexibility is expected according to the needs of the role and company objectives.)

Who You Are

  • Education in administration, international trade or similar.
  • Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or purchasing.
  • Knowledge of Foreign Trade and transport regulations (GDP).
  • High level of English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
  • Handling of SAP/Fiori tools or similar systems.
  • Communication skills, teamwork, and attention to detail.
