Responsibilities:

• Order entry and processing in SAP
• Archiving of order-related documents
• Printing and sending invoices
• Processing of free deliveries, returns, direct debits and credits
• Point of contact for all customer concerns and complaints in close cooperation with relevant departments
• Recording and tracking of customer incidents in SAP/CRM system
• Support for sales teams on order-related issues
• Creation of various master data forms
• Receipt, review, forwarding for approval and archiving of all requests for maintenance of customer, price, and sales piece list master data
• Maintenance of master data in SAP based on approved requests
• Communication with affected parties regarding the status of master data requests
• Cooperation with other Grifols companies regarding the maintenance of global master data
• Regular cleaning of master data
• Performing certain controls (e.g., SOX, open orders, follow-ups, etc.) and data compilation for internal and external controls and audits
• Support in creating SOPs, work instructions, and similar documentation

Requirements:

• Training in the commercial field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, especially with customers
• Structured and reliable working method
• Ability to handle multiple internal and external requests simultaneously
• Team player and service-oriented
• Fluent German and very good English skills (spoken and written)
• SAP experience in SD and MM modules
• CRM experience is an advantage
• Good MS Office skills
