Your Role: Senior Account Manager
We seek a motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit who has a proven track record in client retention, strategic account management, and portfolio growth. While this Account Manager role involves building strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of service delivery, it does not include cold calling, prospecting, or selling products/services. The focus is on client retention, satisfaction, and operational support, rather than revenue generation or sales quotas.
