About the Role and What You'll Do

As a Level 1 Technician, you're the first line of defense when tech goes sideways.

  1. Set up computers, printers, and other workplace tech so clients are ready to roll.
  2. Diagnose and fix hardware/software issues—sometimes with parts, sometimes with pure ingenuity.
  3. Walk users through new tools, upgrades, and systems like the IT rockstar you are.
  4. Keep systems secure (because hackers never sleep).
  5. Track and log your work—because details matter in IT.
  6. Grow your skills daily in a supportive, team-driven environment.
