Personal Lines Account Manager
A well-established insurance agency is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to take the lead in managing their Personal Lines book of business. Responsibilities:
- Manage personal lines book, servicing the personal insurance needs of clients
- Advising clients on coverages and risk reduction strategies
- Drive growth by cross-selling & coverage reviews
- Remarket/bind policies for competitive pricing
- Collaborate closely with insurance carrier partners to ensure seamless coordination and mutual success
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent and responsive communication
- Selling not required but strongly encouraged and incentivized
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years managing a Personal Lines book
- Active P&C License
- Proficiency with Hawksoft or AMS360, or Applied EPIC
- Familiarity with carriers like Safeco, Liberty, Westfield, Cincinnati, etc.
