Responsibilities:
In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing all of their insurance-related questions, concerns, and requests. Key responsibilities include:
- Immediately greeting all customers entering the office in a friendly and helpful manner
- Processing customer policy change requests
- Taking premium payments from customers
- Following up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, offer additional insurance protection, and solve or refer problems
- Fostering strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty
- Presenting and explaining insurance policy options based on prospective client needs and their personal goals
- Providing customers with additional information about new products and services
