Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance clients with professionalism and care.
• Assess client coverage needs, recommend tailored insurance solutions, and generate accurate quotes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for policy updates, renewals, and customer service.
• Guide clients through the claims process for smooth and timely resolution.
• Stay informed on industry changes, insurance products, and compliance updates.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license (state-specific).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A client-first attitude and a passion for delivering great service.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience with insurance agency management systems or CRM tools.
• Interest in pursuing industry certifications like CISR or CIC.
