Hybrid Commercial Lines Account Manager
Location: North Jersey | Hybrid Schedule Available
Full-Time | Salary: $70,000–$75,000 with growth potential
A long-standing insurance brokerage with over a century of service in North Jersey is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join its collaborative and client-focused team. This role is ideal for a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional with strong relationship-building skills and a passion for full-cycle account servicing. You'll be stepping into a key position due to an upcoming retirement—taking over a well-managed book and working closely with producers across a diverse portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end servicing of commercial accounts, from onboarding to renewal
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on retention and satisfaction
- Collaborate with producers to support generalist books ranging from $250K to $2M in revenue
- Handle a mix of small to mid-size accounts including contractors, daycares, salons, and more
- Utilize AMS360 for account management and documentation
- Deliver responsive, high-touch service and contribute to a team-oriented environment
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of commercial lines experience preferred
- Active Property & Casualty license in NJ
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
- Proficiency in AMS360
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset
