We are currently seeking a talented Project Coordinator to join our client's team.
Position responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure all project requirements are met
- Coordinate and schedule project activities, including material deliveries and installations
- Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely project completion
- Maintain project documentation and update project status reports
- Assist with project budgeting and cost tracking
Position essential job functions:
- 2-5 years of experience in commercial flooring
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in project management software
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
This Project Coordinator role offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $75,000, full benefits, and an end-of-year bonus.
