We're partnering with a well-established insurance organization seeking a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to support a growing book of business. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented insurance professional who enjoys client interaction, account servicing, and being a reliable support partner to producers and account managers.
What You'll Do:
- Service commercial insurance accounts including endorsements, certificates, renewals, and policy changes
- Provide day-to-day client support with a high level of professionalism and responsiveness
- Communicate with carriers to obtain quotes, process changes, and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and account records in agency management systems
- Support renewal workflows and assist with proposals and policy delivery
What We're Looking For:
- Property & Casualty insurance experience (commercial lines preferred)
- Active P&C license required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication skills and a service-minded approach
