Commercial Lines Account Manager A leading independent commercial brokerage in North Jersey is seeking a seasoned Commercial Lines Account Manager to take ownership of a robust construction-focused book and help drive its growth. This role is ideal for a senior professional who thrives in a sophisticated, fast-moving environment and excels at managing complex, high-value accounts.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage a mid-sized construction book with a growth trajectory
• Oversee middle to large market accounts
• Navigate NY/NJ labor laws with confidence
• Handle construction-specific certs, endorsements, loss runs, WIP reports, and multifaceted applications
• Manage individual project policies, coordinate with underwriters, and ensure accurate documentation
• Lead detailed contract reviews, including indemnity clauses, liability limitations, scopes of work, and design-build considerations
• Identify coverage gaps and address excessive client/subcontractor requirements
• Run the book end-to-end using AMS360 and/or ImageRight
