What You'll Do:

  • Account Management: Handle all aspects of commercial lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Policy Administration: Process renewals, endorsements, certificates, and claims with precision and efficiency.
  • Risk Assessment: Analyze and assess clients' insurance needs, recommending appropriate coverage options.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters, producers, and other team members to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a focus on middle to large market accounts.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with Epic or other insurance software is highly desired.
  • Licensing: Current Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
