Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations in partnership with the Director of Commercial Lines
• Manage and service a portfolio of Commercial Lines clients
• Streamline workflows and identify growth opportunities
• Build carrier relationships and ensure outstanding client service
• Mentor, train, and support team members

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience
• Active P&C License
• Applied Epic experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills
