What You'll Be Doing

As the Utility Customer Service Representative, you will: Collect and process utility billing payments from customers via over the counter, through the mail, and from electronic collection sites. Make courtesy phone calls to customers as needed such as abnormal meter readings. Establish new customer accounts or transfers already established individuals, as needed.

The City of Celina operates on a 4-day work week.

What You'll Bring

• Two years customer service.
