Join the Spokane City Parks and Recreation Department today! The City of Spokane Parks and Recreation Department is looking for a temp-seasonal Aquatics Customer Service Representative to be a part of our winning team, contributing to the success of our summer.
Under the direction and supervision of the aquatic supervisor, this position will provide customer service for the City's aquatic facilities. This team member will assist our aquatics customers by answering multiple phone lines, replying to e-mails, assisting with program registration, responding to public interest about programs and class information, provide a variety of general information to patrons on aquatics programs and assist guests with general inquiries. This temp-seasonal position typically runs through September. This position will be eligible for up to 40 hours per week.
