Expected starting salary is $24.40 to $32.59. Full salary is $24.40 to $40.77
Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in business, administrative assistant, or related field.
OR
Combination of education and experience equivalent to two (2) year of experience in a customer-focused position.
Regular and reliable attendance is a necessary component of job/position. Individuals required to use County vehicles and equipment must have a valid driver's license and be free of any major traffic violations for the last three (3) years.
Required Special Qualifications:
Must successfully pass MN Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) Minnesota Justice Information System (MNJIS) Two-Day Basic Operator Training certification within six (6) months of employment.
Under general supervision, receives, organizes and processes civil service documents. Receives and processes civil service fees and issues receipts of payment. Schedules, coordinates and conducts Sheriff's sales, deputy standbys, and issues Sheriff's certificates of sale. Verifies and maintains accurate electronic warrant records. Utilizes multiple law enforcement databases for maintaining internal documents and records, and assists with implementing record retention data practices. Supports the Sheriff's Office front desk. Supports a diverse, respectful, and inclusive workplace.
