The Reentry Implementation Aide exists to assist the Reentry Services Manager with the complex administrative tasks involved in the implementation and administration of the DOC's reentry services. This position is expected to work collaboratively as part of a growing team to enhance the unit's operational capacity and communications. Such tasks may include drafting reports and documents, preparing and tracking invoices and payroll, creating communication materials, orienting new staff and partners to unit operations, and other clerical duties as needed.
Previous experience in reentry administration, assisting recently released individuals navigate reentry resources, and experience utilizing multiple electronic data systems to coordinate client care is preferred. 3+ years of experience in an office administration or management role is preferred. 3+ years of experience utilizing purchasing and ordering systems is preferred. Experience working in collaborative settings with diverse communities and stakeholders is preferred. Individuals with lived-experience navigating the criminal legal system are strongly encouraged to apply. Bilingual Spanish-speaking applicants are also preferred.
