Performs work of moderate difficulty in assisting internal and external customers with requests for information or services and in resolving customer requests, complaints, or problems; maintains customer accounts and interprets center policies and procedures. Work is performed under general supervision, often using independent judgment to resolve situations. Performs related work and other duties as assigned. Location: Green Ridge Recreation Center front desk or other areas as needed Shift Hours and/or Days Worked: Tuesdays 3:45pm to 8:15pm Saturdays 7:45am to 5:15pm- Other shifts as needed Hours Required for this position: 20 to 25 per week
Education Required: Completion of the tenth grade in High School. Experience Preferred: One (1) to two (2) years of customer service experience (could be in a variety of settings).
