We are pleased to offer the current job opportunities for Building and Zoning Permit Technician positions within the County's Building and Zoning Department. These positions will be assisting the public applying for permits of all types; assistance with the County Zoning Ordinance processes; assistance with other general County Building Code processes. Education and/or Experience Completion of a High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma equivalent; four years of experience in customer service work including experience with zoning, building, construction, permitting, plan review; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
