San Bernardino County ATC is seeking a skilled and proactive ATC Systems Support Analyst II* to support the operation and maintenance of critical IT infrastructure. This position performs systems administration, cloud and identity administration, storage management, and datacenter operations. This role is essential to the performance, reliability, and scalability of enterprise technology systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution across enterprise systems.
- Administer enterprise cloud platforms, including provisioning, monitoring, and optimization of cloud resources.
- Oversee system performance, plan for capacity growth, and coordinate upgrades.
- Diagnose and resolve issues affecting systems and applications.
- Deploy, configure, and provide ongoing support for system software across the environment.
- Maintain LAN/WAN networks and datacenter operations.
- Track and administer enterprise storage infrastructure.
- Evaluate system hardware, software, and overall performance to identify improvements and recommend upgrades.
