Airport Customer Service Representative

The Springfield-Branson National Airport is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Airport Customer Service Representative within the General Aviation division. We operate out of our state of the art aviation facility committed to providing exceptional service and a seamless travel experience for our clientele. Our team is the face of our General Aviation, and we're seeking a professional, friendly, and highly detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join us. Hours for this position: This position will be a night shift Sunday through Wednesday 12:00PM until 10:00 PM. Will also be vacation coverage for other Airport Customer Service Representatives and will work their scheduled shifts. Must be willing to be flexible.

Qualifications and Requirements

Experience, Education, and Training

  • At least one year of experience in customer service and general office work with a background in dealing with the public both through in-person and telephone contact;
  • OR
  • One year of customer service and experience in high volume cash handling environment such as a bank teller.
  • AND
  • Experience in handling money and making basic financial calculations.
  • PREFERRED
  • Some computer experience.
