The City of Savannah 311 Action Center seeks two (2) highly qualified Customer Service Representatives who are customer-service focused and industrious. Our ideal candidates are efficient, dynamic, and cooperative individuals who can perform well while juggling multiple tasks with little to no direct supervision. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of clerical duties to help keep the office running smoothly.
As our new 311 Customer Service Representative, you will perform clerical and customer service support for department operations. Essential Job Functions:
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED equivalent plus two (2) years of experience in customer service, billings, finance, bookkeeping; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional Requirements: Background investigation, including supervised drug screen, post offer/pre-employment medical screen; and verification of education, certifications, and licenses required prior to employment. Work Location: 2 E Bay St. Work Hours: 8 am -5 pm during the six (6) month probationary period. After the six (6) month probationary period has been completed, the regular hours will be 9 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday, including some weekends.
