What You'll Do
- Repair & Troubleshoot: smartphones, tablets, laptops, gaming consoles (training provided)
- Customer Support: explain fixes in plain language, answer questions in-store, by phone & email
- Document Work: log parts, tests and notes accurately in our repair system
- Project Work: help prep and repair bulk devices for schools & businesses
- Improve Processes: share ideas, keep your bench organized and safe
