The Global Business Consulting (GBC) team identifies growth opportunities in partners' products and markets, and uncovers improvement opportunities through technical integration and product adoption. As a part of GBC, Technical Account Managers (TAM), you will be a part of technical consultants and relationship managers. You will have an understanding of the connection between partners' business and technical needs, and collaborates closely with internal Google Play product and engineering teams to prioritize and bring innovative technical solutions to drive partner business success.
As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will draw on your technical acumen and partner-facing skills to help partners build successful mobile apps and games on Google Play and the Android platform. You will own and cultivate relationships with executive technical leaders at partner organizations, develop an understanding of the partners' business needs and translate them into well-defined technical requirements and solutions.
You will regularly consult with internal teams to exercise broad and technical knowledge in translating commercial business models/needs into technical solutions for partners. You will also utilize your relationship management skills, technical credibility and partnerships insights to mobilize the right level of internal resources such as product analysts, product specialists, product management and engineering, and operational support teams to deliver excellent partner care.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
