Customer Onboarding Strategist, Acquisitions, Google Customer Solutions

You bring a passion for sales, knowledge of online media, and commitment to maximize customer success. You act like an owner, move with velocity through change, finding innovative and strategic ways to consistently deliver extraordinary and incremental outcomes for both Google and your customers. You build trusted relationships with customers, uncovering their business needs and translating them into powerful solutions to achieve their most ambitious goals. You achieve as a team with sellers, shape the future of advertising in the AI-era, and make a real impact on the millions of companies and billions of users that trust Google with their most important goals.

In this role, you will partner with new customers during their onboarding period to establish goals and strategies for their products and services. You will manage a portfolio of new customers for six months, driving growth for the next generation of Google clients. You will work within a collaborative team, leveraging creativity to transform businesses. You will utilize your expertise in product knowledge, consultative sales, and account management while working cross-functionally with Acquisitions, Product, Program, and Same-Store teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage relationships with clients to develop an understanding of their business issues, marketing objectives, and metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time and to standard.
  • Achieve growth goals through the presentation of Google advertising solutions that help clients meet their marketing objectives.
  • Develop data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals and quantify impact opportunities.
  • Maintain an understanding of how Google advertising products meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
