Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities. Responsibilities include managing and developing trusted relationships with clients and helping them achieve business goals, contributing to team performance consistently delivering against quarterly sales goals, creating and crafting pitches to customers tailored to clients' performance goals, working towards mutual business objectives, and finding and implementing creative ways to improve client relationships, share performance-enhanced suggestions, and promote Google products. Additionally, producing insights from data analysis and delivering data-driven strategic and tactical recommendations to customers is part of the role.
