Why Join Us:

In a context of strong development, and in order to meet the objectives of growth and customer satisfaction, as well as to continue our social mission of accessibility to employment for the greatest number, we are strengthening our operational team with a strategic KAM position in the logistics sector. Based in Antibes (06) and traveling to the region (Nice, Aix en Provence, Toulon and occasionally Salon de Provence), you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic sites on your region in direct link with the BU Director.

Your Missions:

As a KAM, you will be in charge of:

Managing a portfolio of strategic (logistics) sites on the concerned zone/region,

Developing revenue and market share on your portfolio of accounts,

Developing the strategy per site and proposing new offers/solutions,

Managing the relationship directly with the site operational staff at all levels, and being in contact with the Purchasing and HR Departments alongside Gojob Grand Account Sales Commercials.

Developing business reviews with the sites.

Developing contracts via our digital tool - possible SIRH management (admin. approx. 10% of your time)

Carrying out certain strategic recruitments for your clients (10-15% of your time max)

Working transversally with dedicated teams (loyalty, administrative compliance, medical visits, payroll, invoicing) to ensure the quality of the Gojob service provided to your clients.

Your Profile:

You have initial professional experience as a Consultant/Recruitment Officer with sites consuming recruitment/interim services.

This experience in the interim business is accompanied by a strong desire to move towards the digital and start-up universe.

You have a passion for the field and client contact.

An agile, organized profile, you are ultra-reactive, dynamic and a true "problem solver".

You are a source of energy and bring a positive vision to the daily routine.
