Gojob, a pioneer in AI-driven recruitment, is looking to strengthen its operational team with a strategic Key Account Manager (KAM) role in the logistics sector. Based in the South Île de France region (91/77/94), the KAM will manage a portfolio of strategic logistics sites, directly linked to the BU Director.

Your missions will include:

• Managing a portfolio of strategic logistics sites
• Developing revenue and market share for your account portfolio
• Developing site-specific strategies and proposing new offers/solutions
• Managing direct relations with site operatives and being in contact with Purchasing and HR Directors alongside Gojob's Large Account Salespeople
• Conducting business reviews with sites
• Drafting contracts through our digital tool - possible HR management (admin. approx. 10% of your time)
• Performing certain strategic recruitments for your clients (10-15% of your time max)
• Working cross-functionally with dedicated teams (customer loyalty, administrative compliance, medical visits, payroll, invoicing) to ensure the quality of Gojob's service to your clients

Your profile should include:

• Significant professional experience as a Consultant/Recruitment Manager with sites that consume recruitment/interim services
• This experience in the interim sector is accompanied by a strong desire to move towards the digital and start-up universe
• A passion for the field and client contact
• An agile, organized profile, you are highly responsive, dynamic, and a true problem solver
• You are an energy source and bring a positive vision to the daily routine
