About the Role:
As a Customer Service Lead at GO Car Wash, you'll be stepping into a leadership role, serving as the manager on duty when our Team Leaders, AGMs, or GMs are not present. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving sales, and ensuring all GO Car Wash policies and procedures are followed. This is a developmental role designed to prepare you for a Team Leader position.

Our Customer Service Leads in this role typically earn $22.50/hour, which includes a base pay of $12.50/hour plus an average of $2/hour in commission from membership sales and tips guaranteed up to an additional $4 per hour. Commissions and tips are uncapped, and our top performers regularly exceed $6/hour in additional earnings. Offer will depend on location and level of knowledge, skills, abilities and experience.
