The hardworking individual will play a key role in increasing the company's revenue in the retail area through customer acquisition and negotiation with them. They will manage the sales and services of Glory products within the assigned territory. They will maintain commercial relationships and provide support, information, and guidance; investigating and recommending new opportunities to define key improvements and services for success in the retail market.
- Capture, influence and manage commercial relationships within the assigned territory.
- Visit clients to understand their needs and offer personalized solutions.
- Explore the assigned territory to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of commercial presentations and proposals.
- Participate in sales meetings, events and training to stay updated.
- Be able to work in a highly motivated and competitive sales team environment.
- Be proactive to drive monthly sales and achieve/exceed revenue targets.
- Periodically report and provide financial data to their manager.
Skills and Competencies:
- Valuable sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High levels of performance and self-motivation.
- Excellent professional communication with clients and good knowledge of Glory products and features.
- Good oral and written skills combined with the ability to make formal presentations.
- Demonstrate persistence, resilience, determination and understand that not all clients may reach a sale.
- Experience with different sales techniques and leadership management.
- Experience working with Oracle CRM or similar.
- Wide availability of hours, as the requirements for this position are specific.
Education and Experience:
- Degree or equivalent (Marketing / Business Administration).
- High level of written or spoken English (as a second language).
- Experience with Office: Powerpoint, Publisher, Access, etc.
- Experience in similar commercial positions for at least 3 years.
