Job Description
Responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for Globe customers by providing assistance, recommendations, on best Globe products and services to meet their needs and/or resolving their issues.
Assists customers' journey in using digital channels via face to face digital user assistance or education
Attends to sales and service needs of customers
Approves and processes sales and services applications and transactions in the system
Processes payment for bills, purchases, and other transactions
