Summary Of Role
The Customer Service Intern will work closely with representatives and managers to support customer needs and ensure timely resolution of requests. This role involves coordinating across departments, maintaining customer and item master data in Oracle and D365, and monitoring CRM cases to ensure follow-up and closure.
Essential Responsibilities Include:
- Cleanse and maintain customer and item data in CRM (D365) and Oracle, while managing customer orders and related information.
- Coordinate multi-project wafer engagements and proactively follow up with customers based on tape-out schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Fab Planners, Account Managers, Engineering, and Finance—to resolve customer and production-related issues.
- Review customer service procedures, update training documentation, and support resolution of RMA claims and scheduling rework as needed.
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
- Education – Actively pursuing a Bachelor's or related field through an accredited degree program during the time of internship.
- Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and be in good academic standing.
- Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior related internship or co-op experience
- Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.
- Project management skills, i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong planning & organizational skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to work independently and support multiple team members.
- Experience with CRM systems (D365), Oracle, and a background in finance is a plus.
