Account Executive At BusBank

As an Account Executive at BusBank, you will drive strategic growth within our shuttle vertical, focusing on corporate, events, construction and transportation sectors. This role demands exceptional sales acumen to secure and expand long-term contracts with organizations requiring recurring transportation services for 30+ day engagements.

About You

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with exceptional prospecting abilities and a proven track record of building lasting client relationships. This role requires someone who can work independently, manage multiple complex sales cycles, and consistently deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to identify, secure, and expand high-value accounts while maintaining high close rates and contributing to BusBank's market leadership in the transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities Of The Account Executive

Strategic Business Development

- Execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns to identify and secure opportunities with $500K+ annual revenue potential

- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive market research and strategic account targeting

- Drive complex sales cycles from initial contact through contract execution, including RFP submissions and MSA negotiations

Relationship Management

- Build and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers across target organizations

- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing innovative transportation solutions that address their specific needs

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery

Revenue Generation

- Own and exceed assigned revenue targets through new business acquisition and account expansion

- Navigate procurement processes to secure approved vendor status with major organizations

- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of proven sales experience with demonstrated success in long-cycle sales

- Exceptional track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Proven ability to close deals valued at $500K+ in annual revenue

- Strong self-motivation and entrepreneurial mindset

- Outstanding communication and presentation skills

- Experience with complex sales cycles and MSA negotiations

Preferred Experience

- Background in transportation, logistics, or technology-enabled services

- Success selling to government entities, corporations, or event industry clients

- History of managing and growing $1M+ accounts

- Demonstrated experience with procurement processes and RFP responses

Working Conditions
