Account Manager

We are seeking for ambitious and driven Account Manager to further develop and nurture long-term relationships with our clients, serving as their primary point of contact within Global Blue. As Account Manager you will be responsible for growing revenue through the understanding of clients' business objectives, challenges, and needs, and align Global Blue's solutions accordingly.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned portfolio
• Delivering customer's visit fully documented in CRM
• Deliver the Net Turnover and any other sales targets
• Improve merchant's knowledge and expertise with our services
• Maximize TFS business (Issue Ratio, ORR and Refund Ratio management)
• Document in CRM all merchant's specific information and activity done
• Diligent implementation of group strategies and sales tools
• Control the receivable to minimize bad debts exposure
• Business Statistics analysis, presentation, discussion and action
• Action plans and store visits in line to Global Blue's Strategy
• Administrative tasks, eg. incoming phone calls and info email

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• At least 1 - 2 years' previous experience from Sales or Account Management
• Educational background from Sales, Marketing or Retail related studies
• Previous work experience or knowledge from Retail
• Driving license and willingness to drive
