Why This Role Exists
Managing strategic accounts at HQ-level within large international retail real estate groups is complex, high-stakes work. The Key Account Manager owns the relationship and the commercial outcome, but needs a partner who brings rigour, structure, and analytical depth to every client interaction and tender submission. That's this role. You will be the analytical and operational backbone of Giftify's KAM function and you will progressively take on your own client conversations, tender sections, and commercial responsibilities.

What Success Looks Like
| 3 months | You know Giftify's platform, strategic accounts, and the tender process inside out. You have produced your first client business review and tender pack to a standard the KAM is proud to present. |
| 6 months | You attend HQ client meetings and contribute to discussions. You own account tracking and KPI reporting independently. The KAM trusts you to manage tender coordination without prompting. |
| 12 months | You lead sections of client conversations and tender submissions independently. You have a clear development plan towards KAM. Internal stakeholders see you as a reliable, proactive commercial partner. |
