The Senior Key Accounts Manager is responsible for leading the management and growth of high-value public sector accounts, acting as the primary client liaison to ensure exceptional service delivery, revenue growth, and long-term partnership development. In addition to managing key relationships, the role will provide guidance, mentoring, and professional development support to UAE National employees within the department, fostering their integration, performance, and career progression within CNS.

Education:
Minimum Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Qualification: Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration.
Experience:
Minimum Requirement: 8–10 years of experience in key account management, preferably working with public sector clients.
Preferred Experience: Proven track record in senior relationship management roles, ideally within the banking, financial services, or technology sectors.
