As a Technical Services Specialist you will belong to Getinge Digital Health Solutions (DHS). Getinge DHS delivers solutions to hospitals that streamline and optimize workflows in sterile centrals, operating rooms, and patient flows. By supporting and facilitating workflows and communication for healthcare staff, we help our customers deliver effective and high-quality patient care.

The Swedish DHS team is part of our Nordic network with colleagues in Denmark, Norway, and Finland. The job can be based from any location in Sweden, but the best location is in the Stockholm area.

Your responsibilities:

  • Product installation and implementation work
  • Technical support for existing customers
  • Training and courses within both simpler and more advanced solutions
  • Collaborate with sales team and project managers
  • Create and maintain good customer relationships
  • Phone support between 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (schedule shared between you and colleagues)
  • The main product is T-DOC – a tracking system for the sterile management chain in hospitals

Your profile:

We seek you who have a genuine interest in technology, customer contact, and system solutions in healthcare and hospital environments. You thrive working independently but also in close collaboration with colleagues in the Nordic countries. To succeed in the role, we believe you are structured, solution-oriented, and have an easy way to build trust in customer dialogues.

You likely have experience from a technical or application-related role, preferably within the healthcare or software industry. It is a big advantage if you have worked with T-DOC before or have a good understanding of similar tracking systems.

We believe you:

  • Have relevant experience in technical IT support, application specialist role, or work with system implementations
  • Have good knowledge of IT environments such as Windows Server, SQL, and database infrastructure
  • Are a self-driven team player who likes challenges and has a strong desire to understand and learn new things
  • Communicate effortlessly in Swedish and English, and are willing to travel in the Nordic countries if necessary (approximately 15–30 %)
