As part of the Workday Benefits Implementation Lead team you lead the Workday HCM Benefits workstream while having experience with at least three Workday implementations. Responsibilities:
Bachelor's Degree
6 years of experience
Workday Pro certification(s)
Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Management, Computer and Information Science preferred
Workday Services functional certification(s) preferably HCM Core, Data Loading/Conversions and/or Engagement Manager certification
Leading Workday HCM Benefits workstream with at least three successful Workday implementations
Gathering business requirements through facilitating discovery and design workshops
Leading functional discovery and design sessions
Providing recommendations based on leading practices
Managing touchpoints with related Workday functional modules
Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust
Coaching staff including providing timely meaningful feedback

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
